Return & Exchange Terms:

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be preserved
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Returns must be scheduled in advance — please contact us before sending anything back

Returns for Items in Perfect Condition:

You may return or exchange an item if:
• It has no signs of use (no stains, scratches, scuffs, etc.)
• It is fully complete and in its original packaging
• All manufacturer’s labels and markings are intact
• It maintains its commercial appearance and properties

According to current legislation, we may decline returns or exchanges for certain product categories listed as non-returnable goods, including (but not limited to):
• Underwear and lingerie
• Hosiery
• Bedding
• Fabric by the meter
• Cosmetics and hygiene products
• Printed materials
• Personal care accessories (e.g., combs, razors, toothbrushes)

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If you received an item with a defect or one that does not match your order:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include a description and photo of the issue
• We will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund

Refund Processing:

All approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
