If you have purchased a product with an obvious manufacturing defect, you have the right to return such a product based on Article 8 "On Consumer Protection". Defective goods are those in which:

• it is impossible to eliminate the defect;
• it takes more than two weeks to eliminate the defect;
• The defect alters the goods so that they no longer correspond to their description in the contract of purchase.

Defective goods must be returned, after which you choose a convenient method of compensation:

• exchange of goods for a similar one (if at the moment the same is not available, you can wait until it appears or choose another method of compensation);
• receive another product for the same amount that you paid for the defective product;
• refund in the amount of the value of the goods.

Within 14 days, you have every right to return the product if you simply do not like it or do not fit it in color, size, etc. For this, there are several conditions that must be met on your part:

• the presence of an order number from an online store, or a receipt when buying in a store, proves that you purchased this product from us;
• preservation of a complete set of goods;
• preservation of integral factory packaging, seals, seals;
• the goods are stored in the same form as they were bought, there are no extraneous odors, stains;
• The product has not been used.

Remember that in case of return of quality goods, the law of Ukraine protects not only you, but also subsequent buyers. A product that you returned only because you personally did not like it will be sold to the person who likes this product. It will be used for its intended purpose and therefore it is important that it remains the same as it fell into your hands.

Before picking up the goods from Nova Poshta or from the courier, open the package and make sure that everything suits you. This will help you significantly reduce the time lost for returns, in case of a factory defect or if you do not like the product.

As compensation, according to the Law of Ukraine, we give you the right to choose the same product from another batch, or choose another product for the same amount of money. If you want to exchange a factory defect, we pay for delivery in both directions. If you change a quality product, we pay for the delivery.

No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) was approved. Refunds are made within 7 days from the date we receive the products that were returned.
