The warranty period begins with the delivery (transfer) of the goods to the Buyer;
The warranty applies only on the territory of Ukraine;
The seller provides warranty support for goods, the malfunction of which arose through his fault or through the fault of the manufacturer;
The warranty is provided for a period of 2 weeks to 36 months, depending on the manufacturer’s service policy.
The warranty period for each product is indicated in the technical specifications of the product;
The warranty for the products sold provides for their warranty repair or their full or partial replacement with a similar or similar product.
The decision to replace with a product of similar characteristics is made in agreement with the Buyer if it is impossible to repair or replace it with a similar one.
If it is impossible to pick up a similar product, the Seller returns to the Buyer the money paid for such goods.

any possible damage caused to other equipment or materials that handle the goods;
for the compatibility of components with components from third-party manufacturers;
for any losses (loss of profit, cessation of business activity, other monetary expenses) related to the use or inability to use the purchased goods;

for goods damaged by the Buyer due to improper operation or negligent handling;
for goods that were installed in violation of the installation diagrams and non-compliance with the installation dimensions;
normal wear and tear or exhaustion of the resource of the goods;
failure due to force majeure or force majeure;
in the presence of mechanical or thermal damage or deformations;
in case of ingress of foreign objects into the goods;
in the presence of traces of third-party interference or self-repair or modifications;
in the presence of electrical damage caused by mismatch of power supply networks, telecommunication networks;
in other cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
